return policy

For a smooth return process, please make sure that all apparel is in its original condition, with the tags still attached, and has not been worn. To start the return process, please create a customer account and log in. From here, you can request a return. Additionally, kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

order processing time

Upon placing an order, please allow 1-5 business days for your items to ship. This period allows us to carefully handle each order, ensuring that your products are in optimal condition before they embark on their journey to your doorstep! If the processing time extends 5 days, we will reach out with updates on your order.
