Eligible Items: Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Shipping: Customer responsibility, unless item is defective or incorrect. Use trackable service
for valuable items.
Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days of return approval. Credited to original payment method.

case-by-case review. May receive store credit instead of refund.
